How do I place an order? Open the app, browse restaurants, add items to your cart, and checkout.

Can I modify/cancel my order? Go to My Orders → Select Order → Modify/Cancel within a few minutes of placing.

Payment methods: UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, COD.

Delivery Issues

Order delayed? Track in My Orders or contact support.

Food cold/spilled? Report the issue in My Orders → Report a Problem.

Account & Profile

Create an account: Sign Up with mobile/email & OTP.

Change address/phone: Go to Profile → Manage Addresses.

Forgot password? Reset using OTP on login page.

Offers & Rewards

Apply promo codes: Enter code at checkout under "Apply Coupon".

Use rewards: Credits auto-apply at checkout.
