Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer
Restaurants may cancel an order if an item is unavailable. In such cases, the customer will be notified and eligible for a refund.
If the customer provides a wrong delivery address, incorrect contact details,
or is unavailable at the delivery location, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be provided.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
The restaurant cancels the order due to unavailability.
The order is not delivered due to service failure by Navabhojan or its delivery partner.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Food Quality Issues
Navabhojan is only a delivery platform. Responsibility for food preparation, taste, or quality lies with the restaurant.
Complaints regarding food quality must be raised directly with the restaurant. Refunds will not be provided by Navabhojan for such issues
Cash on Delivery Orders
If the order is cancelled by the restaurant or not delivered,
no charges will be applied. If you already made a payment to the delivery partner, refunds will be initiated to your bank/wallet.
