Refund & Cancellation Policy – Navabhojan

Order Cancellation
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer
  • Restaurants may cancel an order if an item is unavailable. In such cases, the customer will be notified and eligible for a refund.
  • If the customer provides a wrong delivery address, incorrect contact details, or is unavailable at the delivery location, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be provided.
Refunds
  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • The restaurant cancels the order due to unavailability.
    • The order is not delivered due to service failure by Navabhojan or its delivery partner.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Food Quality Issues
  • Navabhojan is only a delivery platform. Responsibility for food preparation, taste, or quality lies with the restaurant.
  • Complaints regarding food quality must be raised directly with the restaurant. Refunds will not be provided by Navabhojan for such issues
Cash on Delivery Orders
  • If the order is cancelled by the restaurant or not delivered, no charges will be applied. If you already made a payment to the delivery partner, refunds will be initiated to your bank/wallet.
